Over the last several months we've been adding merchant customer service information to Really Big Mall.  If we haven't contacted you or if you haven't yet responded, we'd appreciate it if you would take a minute to provide the following customer service information for the people we are sending to you.

You can check to see if we have current information by clicking the icon next to your store in Really Big Mall.  There you will see the customer service information (if any) that you've provided, as well as our customers' reactions and responses to your store.  We've found that our customers are more likely to click through to a store that has its customer service information readily available, so this is a simple and easy way to increase your traffic!
