We are sorry that you have experienced a problem with one of the stores in the mall.  Please fill out the form below to let us know about it.  Here are some types of problems that you may want to report to us:
  • If there is a problem accessing the store, we will attempt to find the cause and fix it, if it's in our control.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the quality of one of the stores, please let us know and we will take a careful look at it.
  • If you have a customer service issue with a store, please let us know the nature of the problem.
Please understand that each store is a separate business entity.  When you enter the store, you have left the area over which we have direct control.  However, if we can intervene for you, we will try our very best.  Although we cannot guarantee that we will always succeed, we do take these issues seriously.  We do not want stores that leave our customers dissatisfied.  If you have a complaint, by making it known to us we can better maintain the quality of the mall for
everyone.
