• If you are dissatisfied with the quality of one of the stores, please let us know and we will take a careful look at it.
• If you have a customer service issue with a store, please let us know the nature of the problem.  Please understand that each store is a separate business entity.  When you enter the store, you have left the area over which we have direct control.  However, if we can intervene for you, we will try.  Although we cannot guarantee that we will always succeed, we do take these issues seriously.  We do not want stores that leave our customers dissatisfied.  If you have a complaint, by making it known to us we can better maintain the quality of the mall for everyone.
